Are your clothes true to size?
All Blueprint Clothing pieces are made using unisex sizing. The t-shirts are relaxed fit and have an oversized look.
We recommend all customers are sure of sizing before purchasing. You can do this by using the sizing chart.
Where is my order?
Once the pre-order period has come to an end production will start immediately. We aim to have your order shipped 2-4 weeks after production starts. If your order takes longer than this please email us with your order number and we will give you further information on your order.
Can I change my order?
If you would like to make a change it will have to be made promptly after ordering. The order quantity or the product selected cannot be changed. You will only be able to change the size and/or colour. We cannot make any changes to the order once the order has been processed so you will have limited time to contact us if a change is needed as we want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make a change.
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund /replace this order.

How long will it take to ship my order?
2-4 weeks after the pre-order period
How long does shipping take?
Royal Mail tracked 48 is used as our standard service this should get to you 2-3 days after dispatch. For an extra charge you can upgrade to Royal Mail tracked 24 in which you will receive your package 1-2 days after dispatch.

We offer returns up to 14 days after you've received your item however we do want to reduce waste as much as possible so we encourage you to be completely sure of your purchase before ordering. Please read our full returns policy before ordering.
