Shipping
Dispatch time - All orders are dispatched 1-4 weeks after pre-order period has ended.
UK Domestic Shipping
We use Royal Mail tracked for all our packages. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £1.50 per order. If you want to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next day delivery after dispatch it will cost you an extra 0.55p.
International Shipping
For now international shipping is sadly unavailable. However if you hope to grab some of your own Blueprint Clothing please fill out an inquiry form with the country you would love us to deliver to we will get working on it straight away!
Returns
We offer returns up to 14 days after you have received your order however we recommend making sure of your order before purchasing, double checking size and colour to reduce waste. You can use the size guide here.
Please note return shipping labels will not be provided and you will be responsible of the purchase of a return label. We suggest purchasing a return label with tracking just in case your package gets lost. We will not be liable for any lost return packages.
Please fill out the returns form below to process your refund, once we have received the item/s back please allow up to 10 days for your refund to reach you.
No changes can be made to your order once your order has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the product was incorrectly shipped or defective. We do not accept any other reasons for exchanges and will not send over a replacement. Please make sure of your items before making your purchase.

Lost Packages
After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email to be able to locate your parcel.
If your parcel doesn’t seem to be moving please allow time for courier delays.
However please contact us if your item has been marked as delivered and you still havem’t received your order.
If the shipping address you provided was inputted incorrectly on your end and correctly on our part we will not be liable for any lost packages.
